Cette compilation présente 30 artistes, incluant les six artistes séléctionnés pour la vitrine «Spotlight Québec» à Celtic Connections/Showcase Scotland en janvier 2009, à Glasgow, en Écosse. La compilation a été distribué aux diffuseurs au festival a été mis en vent (quantité très limitée) dans le Royaume-Unis, distribué par Proper Records.

The compliation presents 30 artists, including the 6 artists selected for « Spotlight Québec », showcase at Celtic Connections/Showcase Scotland, Glasgow, Scotland in January of 2009. The CD was distributed to international presenters during the festival and also sold (in limited quantity) in the U.K. by Proper Records.
