Eight Folquébec artists will perform in the showcase at the OCFF annual conference in Ottawa from October 15-18, 2009. The conference welcomes Canadian and international presenters. In addition to the showcase, Folquébec has produced and will distribute a CD compilation entitled « Récolte » (harvest) featuring cuts from Bette + Wallet, Bon Débarras, Zøgma, Galant tu perds ton temps, Christine Tassan + Les Imposteures, Alise Marlane, The Echo Hunters, Jason Lang, Michael Jerome Browne , Le Vent du Nord, Crowfoot, Dave Gossage + The Celtic Mindwarp, United Steelworkers of Montréal and Leif Vollebekk.
